How to make braised chicken wings with shacha sauce

1. Wash the chicken wings and poke some small holes on them with a fork to make them easier to absorb flavor.

2. Boil water in a pot and blanch the chicken wings. Remove from the water and rinse with cold water, then wipe off the moisture and set aside.

3. Prepare the sauce: Put shacha sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and sugar into a small bowl and mix well.

4. Add appropriate amount of clean water to dilute it.

5. Heat a proper amount of oil in another pan, then turn to low heat and fry the chicken wings.

6. Fry both sides of the chicken wings until golden brown.
