How to make beef rice

Whether the diet is healthy and reasonable has a very important impact on health. Therefore, no matter how busy we are, we should take our daily diet seriously. If we really don’t have much time, we can consider some simple recipes. The method of beef rice is particularly simple, and what’s rare is that it is very delicious.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Mirin is the main seasoning.

2. Chop the onion into shreds, cut the broccoli petals into small florets, and use a mold to press the carrots into flowers.

3. Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of oil, and blanch the broccoli and carrots.

4. After blanching, put it into cold boiled water, drain and set aside.

5. Put one and a half spoons of mirin, one large spoon of oyster sauce, one and a half spoons of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, sugar, starch and 5 spoons of water in a bowl, mix well, and make a small bowl of sauce for later use.

6. Boil water in a pot and add the beef slices.

7. Take out the beef slices as soon as they turn white. Don’t overcook them.

8. Heat oil in a pan.

9. Pour in onions and stir-fry over high heat.

10. Pour in the blanched beef.

11. Pour the prepared sauce into the bowl, stir-fry evenly over high heat, and turn off the heat.

12. Serve a bowl of cooked rice.

13. Spread onion on the base, top with beef, pour soup on it, and garnish with broccoli and carrots. A bowl of delicious beef rice is ready.

Nowadays, many foods have pesticide residues, and restaurant staff may not remove them completely. The preparation of beef rice is simple and you can clean it thoroughly if you make it yourself.
