How to make bitter melon thick omelette

Cooking is not a difficult thing. As long as you learn how to make this bitter melon and thick egg stew, you can easily conquer your family's taste buds. This dish uses the steaming method to allow diners to feel the deliciousness of the ingredients. Seasonings can be added according to your own taste to cook your own dishes.

1. Prepare five eggs and half a bitter gourd.

2. Remove the seeds from the bitter gourd, wash it, and cut it into thin slices. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle some salt on it and marinate for about fifteen minutes to remove the bitterness.

3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.

4. Add some chopped green onions and appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

5. Squeeze out the bitter water from the pickled bitter gourd with your hands and cut it into small cubes.

6. Add bitter gourd cubes into the egg liquid and mix well.

7. Brush a thin layer of oil on the pan, pour in one third of the bitter melon egg liquid over low heat, and rotate the pan to make the egg liquid evenly spread over the bottom of the pan.

8. Wait until the egg liquid slowly solidifies and stops flowing, then use a spatula or chopsticks to roll it up from one side to the bottom. As shown in the picture.

9. Gently take out the egg rolls and place them on a plate.

10. Repeat step 7, then pour in half of the remaining egg liquid. When the egg liquid solidifies, place the egg roll in picture 9 at one end.

11. Roll the egg roll back to make a thicker egg roll. Repeat with remaining egg mixture.

12. Finally, cut the rolled egg rolls into pieces and eat.
