How to make the crispy five-blessing bag

Many people may want to cook at home, but they are forced to give up after seeing those complicated cooking methods. In fact, the method of making crispy five-blessing bag is simple. We don’t need to prepare too many ingredients and the production steps are relatively few. The key is that it is still a delicious and nutritious dish.

1. Mix the dough with cold water, add a little salt and salad oil, and knead it into a ball with sugar for 15 minutes.

2. Dice carrots, zucchini and shrimps and mix with corn kernels and peas.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add the mixed five-diced shrimp into the pan, add salt, pepper powder, and chicken stock, stir-fry until the shrimp changes color, then set aside.

4. Roll the dough into slices and cut into square wonton wrappers. Remove the leaves of coriander and blanch them in water to use as ropes.

5. Wrap the fried five-diced vegetables in wonton wrappers and tie the top with coriander.

6. After wrapping everything, put them on a plate and heat the oil in a pan.

7. When the oil temperature is about 60% hot, put the wrapped five-blessing bag into the oil pan and fry it over medium heat until golden brown.

8. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
