10. Roll it up a little bit from the bottom. As mentioned above, the dough is too square, so it looks very long. If it is rolled into a rectangular shape, that is, 25×40, the dough will become shorter and thicker, about 2-3cm wide.

11. I divided it into 8 portions. Place the cut surface of the dough facing forward.

12. Press with your hands and shape it into a pancake. If the dough is short, it is easier to press.

13. Make all the fermented bean curd and chopped green onion pancakes. I made 8 pancakes.

14. Heat the pan, apply a thin layer of oil, put the pancake in, turn to low heat, and fry slowly until both sides are golden brown.

15. In addition to the fried pancakes, I also made a small pancake. Ignore the small cakes.

16. It tastes better while hot. It becomes a little hard when cold, but very chewy.
