How to make pure tofu

Speaking of cooking, don’t forget pure tofu. It is a very easy dish to make. Onions and ginger are indispensable, and yam powder is needed as seasoning. 1. Prepare the food and wash it clean (soak the mushrooms first and wash the tofu with salt water)

2. Chop the pork and mushrooms, add a little soy sauce and chicken essence, and marinate for half an hour (the pork will taste better if it has some fat)

3. Remove some of the white tofu in the middle so you can wrap the meat in it.

4. Wrap the tofu, add an egg and cornstarch, and beat with a little water.

5. Tofu sticks to the egg liquid

6. Fry in a pan until both sides are golden brown. (Don’t fry too big)

7. Fry and place on a plate, add chopped green onions

8. Drain the oil from the pan, save a little, chop the garlic and chili into small pieces, stir-fry them, add a little chicken essence and hot oil,

9. Add a spoonful of cornstarch to water and boil.

10. Pour the cooked sauce on top
