How to make scallion pancakes

Whether a woman can cook is an important criterion for measuring whether she is virtuous. The method of making leavened scallion pancakes is actually very simple and can help women become virtuous.

1. Put some corn oil in a spoon, heat it up, add onion pieces and scallion segments, simmer over medium heat until fragrant, remove the scallion segments, and set aside the scallion oil.

2. Mix the flour with baking powder, add a little warm water to yeast, dissolve the sugar, use the yeast water to mix the flour into a moderately soft dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until it doubles in size.

3. Knead the fermented dough to release the gas and roll it into a rectangular thin slice

4. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt evenly. The dough is thicker and you can taste the saltiness when you bite it. Then apply scallion oil and sprinkle a layer of chives.

5. Pinch one end and fold it toward the center line

6. Pinch the folded side and continue to fold it towards the middle

7. Fold it, spread it, apply scallion oil, sprinkle with green onions, and repeat the previous method twice.

8. Fold the squeezers neatly and pinch the edges tightly.

9. Roll it into a thin dough

10. Preheat the cake scale and put in the cake embryo

11. Cook over low heat with lid on

12. Turn the pancakes over frequently until golden brown. Brush the pan with oil on the front and turn them over before serving.

13. Remove from the pan with the front side facing up

14. Remove from the pan, cut into pieces and place on a plate
