1. After the dough is kneaded and relaxed, spread it with sesame paste, and sprinkle with pepper salt and cumin powder.

2. After spreading evenly, roll up from one side and pinch the edge.

3. Pinch out the dough and squeeze it into small pieces (just make three, enough for eating).

4. Use your hands to gently press the dough open and put in the meat filling (the meat filling is leftover from last night)

5. Seal the mouth with light salt water.

6. Stick sesame seeds on it (just stick sesame seeds on one side)

7. After the pan is hot, fry the sesame side first.

8. Turn over and fry the side without sesame seeds (fry both sides for 8 minutes)

9. Put it in the oven at 190 degrees and bake it for 5 minutes with upper and lower fire.
