1. Add water to flour and yeast to boiling water and stir until they become flocs. Knead into dough and set aside for about 30 minutes.

2. Chop the beef into a paste, add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, pepper, thirteen spices, minced ginger, minced green onion, and cornstarch, stir well and set aside for about 20 minutes. If you have any oyster sauce, add a little to enhance the flavor.

3. Divide the dough into small pieces. Two portions can be kept for rolling into 2-3mm thin pancakes.

4. After rolling the dough into a pancake, put the marinated filling on it and spread it evenly, leaving a little space around the edges.

5. Roll out another piece of dough of the same size and cover it on top, expel the air between the dough pieces and pinch the edges tightly.

6. Press the dough again on both sides so that you can see the fillings when the dough is lying.

7. Put it in the pan and start baking (it would be best if you have an electric baking pan, just put it in, apply a little oil evenly on both sides, set the timer and wait)

8. Bake until both sides are golden brown and the crispy and delicious beef patties are ready! Just cut into small pieces and you can eat it!
