How to make sesame sugar cookies

Chinese people have always been particular about food. How well one eats is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook for themselves. In fact, sesame sugar cookies are easy to make. It only takes a little time to complete. You might as well give it a try.

1. Let the dough rise until it becomes honeycomb-shaped. After it has risen, knead it into dough.

2. Cut a small piece and roll it into strips, then cut it into small pieces, similar to the method of making dumpling wrappers.

3. To make the dough more resilient, knead each small piece of dough into dough again.

4. Roll each kneaded dough into a dough skin.

5. Put a little white sugar in the container

8. After wrapping them one by one, let them rest for about five or six minutes.

10. Use a rolling pin to roll the small sugar packets dipped in sesame seeds. Apply even force from both sides and be careful to break them. Just thin it out.

12. Put them into the electric baking pan one by one. You can brush them with a little oil or without oil. Double layer heating.

13. After one or two minutes, the sesame sugar cookies are ready!
