How to make leek dough pancake

Repeating the nine-to-five life every day, I have no energy to cook after get off work. The method of making leek dough pancakes is relatively simple. You need to use a wok as a cooking utensil. Simply prepare the ingredients and put them in the pot to steam. In less than ten minutes, you can share the joy of delicious food immediately.

1. First pour sugar and aluminum-free baking powder into the weighed flour.

2. Pour the yeast into 280 grams of warm water, stir and let stand for 5 minutes

3. Slowly pour the yeast into the flour and stir it into a cotton-like state.

4. Knead the flour evenly and smooth until the surface, hands and basin are shiny. Then cover with a wet cloth and let it ferment in a warm place.

5. Wash the chives, drain and chop

6. Chop the meat and oil residue, mince the ginger and green onion, blanch the dried shrimps in water, and then squeeze out the water.

7. Mix the fillings, add a little cooking wine, pepper powder, pepper, salt and chicken essence and mix well.

8. Finally, add the chopped chives to the fillings shown above, drizzle with sesame oil, mix well, and the fillings are ready.

9. Take out the dough after one hour, dip your hands in oil and spread the dough. If it looks like a honeycomb, it is fermented.

10. Brush a little oil on the panel and divide the dough into equal parts.

11. Flatten the dough and wrap it with fillings

12. Close the mouth, turn it downward, and use a rolling pin to flatten it.

13. Put a proper amount of oil in a frying pan, fry over medium-low heat until both sides turn golden brown, then remove from the pan. (I used an electric pancake pan to fry them).

14. A plate of delicious and fragrant chive steamed dough cake is ready
