How to make homemade bayberry sauce

5. When the bayberry juice is almost dry, add appropriate amount of sugar, stir and continue cooking.

6. After adding sugar, stir it with a spoon from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. The faster it dries, the more frequently you should stir it. When there is no obvious moisture, the aroma of boiling sugar will be emitted. Turn off the heat.

7. After the bayberry sauce has cooled naturally, bottle it, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator.
