Carrot pancakes for breakfast

People who are busy with work often order takeout and rarely eat at home. In fact, home-made meals are truly healthy and green food. The simple breakfast of carrot pancakes is a dish that is very suitable for busy people. It is also a good idea to forget about takeout during the holidays and cook at home.

1. Add appropriate amount of water to the flour and mix into a batter. Cut carrots and bamboo shoots into small cubes, add them to the batter and mix well.

2. Brush oil on the pan, pour the batter into the mold when the oil is hot, wait until the batter is fixed and formed, remove the mold (if there is no mold, put it directly on the pan, the edge will just be irregular), press it with a spatula to heat it evenly.

3. When one side is golden brown, turn it over to the other side and fry until the other side is golden brown, then you can serve it on a plate.
