Braised Tofu with Scallions

Braised tofu with scallions is a very homely dish. It has a relatively light taste and is very beneficial for absorption and digestion in the gastrointestinal tract. People occasionally add some soy sauce to it when making it, which is mainly to make the color of the dish more vivid and enhance appetite. However, the amount of salt added should not be too much.

Steps

1. Cut the tofu into 2 cm square pieces, blanch them in boiling water with a little salt to remove the bean smell, filter out and set aside.

2. Heat the wok and add oil.

3. Add the tofu and add a little boiling water and salt.

4. When the soup is almost dry, add soy sauce for color. Finally, add the green onions.

Method 1

Material

300 grams of tofu, 30 grams of green onion, 5 grams of refined salt, 3 grams of MSG, 4 grams of sesame oil, and 30 grams of refined oil.

1. Remove the yellow leaves from the shallots, wash and cut into chopped green onions; cut the tofu into small pieces, blanch it in hot water to remove the bean smell, take it out and cool it in cold clean water, remove it from the water, put it in a plate, then add salt and MSG, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and drizzle with sesame oil and sesame oil.

2. Heat the wok over medium heat, pour in refined oil and cook until cooked, then pour into a bowl. After it cools down, pour it over the tofu and serve on the table. Mix well when eating.

Method 2

Ingredients: braised tofu, shallots, salt, water, chicken essence, sesame oil, white pepper powder, mustard oil.

practice:

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces, not too small, then add some salt, pour in clean water, put it in a pot and boil it over low heat;

2. Wash the green onions and cut them into chopped green onions. It is best to use green onions, and use more of them. I cut some green onions in addition to the ones in the picture;

3. After the pot boils, remove the tofu cubes and let them cool. It doesn’t need to be too cold;

4. Put the chopped green onion into the tofu, and add appropriate amounts of chicken essence, sesame oil, mustard oil and white pepper powder. Not too much chicken essence and white pepper powder, just a little to enhance the flavor. The amount of mustard oil can be a little more, which tastes good. Use less salt because it has already been added when the tofu cubes were cooked. After putting all the seasonings in place, cover the bowl with a plate and shake it up and down vigorously. This way, you can mix them evenly without breaking the tofu.

Method 3

Ingredients: 1 piece of tofu, 4 green onions, salt, white pepper, oil, peppercorns, sesame oil, and chicken essence as appropriate.

1. Cut a small piece of tofu into small cubes.

2. Boil water in a pot, put the tofu in, blanch it until cooked, and stop when the water boils.

3. Take out and put into cold water to dry.

4. Chop the green onions into small pieces.

5. Drain the moisture from the dried tofu cubes.

6. Add salt, white pepper, sesame oil and chicken essence to the tofu for seasoning and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

7. Heat the oil, add the peppercorns and fry until fragrant.

8. Put the scallion tofu into a plate and use a spoon to scoop an appropriate amount of pepper oil on the surface.

Method 4

Ingredients: 200g marinated tofu, 50g shallots, appropriate amounts of sesame oil, salt and MSG.

practice:

1. Prepare tofu and shallots.

2. Wash the shallots, cut into small pieces and set aside.

3. Cut the tofu into large slices.

4. Steam in a steamer for 5 minutes.

5. Crush the slightly cooled tofu with a spoon.

6. Add chopped shallot, salt and chicken stock and mix well.

7. Drizzle with sesame oil. Stir well and serve.
