   Wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces.

   Chop the scallions and mince the garlic.

   Heat oil in a wok, then add scallions, garlic, and oyster sauce and stir-fry until well combined.

   Add the lettuce and drizzle in the cooking wine, then stir-fry.

   Finally, add salt and chicken bouillon, then drizzle in cornstarch slurry and stir-fry until well combined.
