Spicy and Sour Chicken Gizzards

   Step 1

   Cut the chicken kidneys and prepare the seasonings.

   Step 2

   Heat oil in a wok, add seasonings, stir-fry chicken giblets over low heat, then add pickled cowpeas, a little light soy sauce, salt, and chicken bouillon. Stir-fry until the flavors are well combined!

   Step 3

   Reduce the sauce and serve.
