13. Roll it up from one side, don’t roll it too tight, and make it into a flat roll.

14. Place the rolled dough rolls with the sealed side facing down on a plate, put them into the steamer, and steam them for 10 minutes.

15. Take out after steaming.

16. Put a little more oil in the pan, heat it about 30% to 40% and put in the steamed fried dough rolls, fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown.

17. Cut the fried dough rolls into pieces and serve.
