How to make Tremella, Longan and Coix Seed Sweet Soup

Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So, what constitutes a good diet? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the recipe of Tremella, Longan and Coix Seed Sweet Soup.

1. Soak Tremella, Coix seeds and peanuts in warm water the night before. (I soaked it for more than 4 hours).

2. Peel the wolfberry and longan and wash them for later use

3. Put the soaked white fungus into the longan and add half a pot of water. Use the electric pressure cooker to set the soup button and wait for the pot to automatically cook the soup~ (If you use a pot to cook, it will take about 30 minutes for the white fungus soup to be cooked. Cooking in a pot is more troublesome and you need to stir it frequently to avoid it getting sticky)

4. Pour the cooked Tremella into the pot and add rock sugar or white sugar

5. Pour in the pre-washed wolfberries (because wolfberries are easy to cook, so put them in last) and simmer over high heat for 5 minutes, then you can start eating~~

6. You can start eating~~
