How to make braised duck legs and potatoes

1. Wash the duck legs and cut two pieces of green onion and two slices of ginger.

2.121 Put the duck legs in, add a spoonful of cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and cook for about ten minutes, then remove from the heat and drain.

3.212 Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add scallion and ginger slices.

4. Dice potatoes, slice garlic, and cut green onions into small segments.

5. Heat a proper amount of oil in a pan, then add half of the scallion, ginger slices, garlic slices and red pepper and stir-fry for a few times.

6. Add the duck legs and stir-fry evenly.

7. Pour in light soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce and a few drops of vinegar and stir-fry until the duck legs are colored.

8. Pour the potatoes into the pot and stir-fry with the duck legs.

9. Add water to cover the ingredients in the pot, bring to a boil over high heat then simmer over medium heat.

10. When the soup becomes thick, add salt and chicken stock to season.

11. Add the remaining scallion segments and stir-fry evenly, then turn to high heat to reduce the soup.

12. Serve on a plate.
