7. Pour the fried radish and duck meat into the stew pot, then put the stew pot into the pressure cooker, cover the stew pot with a lid, then cover the pressure cooker with a lid, turn on medium-high heat, and when the pot is steaming, turn to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

8. After 45 minutes, turn off the heat. After the pot is steaming, open the lid and the radish and duck stew is done.
