4. Marinate the pork belly overnight in advance with the following marinating seasonings: salt, sugar, Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and five-spice powder. Take two pieces of zong leaves and stack them with the smooth side facing inwards, and make a funnel shape. Stuff the zong fillings with glutinous rice, pork belly, and glutinous rice again in order; fold the reserved zong leaves back to cover the fillings, fold and wrap to form a four-cornered zong, and tie it with a zong leaf rope;

5. Make the raw zongzi embryos one by one in the same way; put the raw zongzi embryos into the pressure cooker, add clean water, the amount of water must cover the zongzi, so as to avoid the fillings that cannot be submerged in the water being undercooked;

6. Place a flat plate upside down on the surface of the rice dumplings to weigh them down to prevent them from floating and falling apart during the cooking process. Place the pot on the stove and cook over high heat until steam comes up. Then adjust the heat to medium-high and continue cooking for about 45 minutes before turning off the heat. Wait for the pressure cooker to cool naturally before removing the lid and serving.
