Preparation method

1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, remove the stems, and then cut them into pieces.

3. Bring the water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of salt, put the cabbage in and blanch for 30 seconds, remove from the heat, drain and set aside.

4. Bring 3 tablespoons of oil to a boil, sauté the minced garlic over low heat, add the tomato cubes, and stir-fry over high heat until they become soft and juicy. 5. Pour in the shredded cabbage and stir-fry evenly. Add 1/4 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of Haitian seafood soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of chicken powder to season. 6. Pour in 1/3 tablespoon of sesame oil, quickly stir the ingredients in the pot evenly, and then serve.

It should be noted that 1. The cabbage should be blanched in water and half-cooked to remove the raw taste, and then rinsed in a cold river to keep the crisp taste of the cabbage; 2. The tomatoes should be stir-fried quickly over high heat until they become soft and juicy, and then pour in the cabbage and stir-fry together. This method can make the tomatoes have a stronger flavor and taste better. 3. After blanching the cabbage, do not stir-fry it for too long, otherwise it will lose its sweet, crisp and tender taste. 4. During the cooking process, remember not to add water, because the tomatoes will ooze out juice after being cooked. If you add water and stir-fry, the finished dish will have too much water and the taste will be diluted.
