8. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat, the pork belly is ready, open the lid after the steam comes out of the pot.

9. Pour the fried taro into the pork belly, cover the lid, turn on high heat, and turn off the heat immediately after the pot starts to steam. Let the pork belly and taro simmer for 5 minutes.

After 10.5 minutes, open the lid and the pork belly and taro stew is ready!
