1. Prepare fresh abalone

2. Prepare garlic, ginger and bell peppers

3. Oyster sauce and abalone sauce

6. Chop ginger and garlic

7. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces

10. Blanch the soaked cloud fungus and arrange on a plate

11. Put water in a pot and boil until it is 80% boiling. Put the cut abalone in and cook for about one and a half minutes. Cooking for too long will make it tough. Do not pour out the water used to cook the abalone. Set aside.

13. Heat another pan with oil to sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant

17. Pour in water starch and stir fry evenly
