How to make spicy baby potatoes with cumin

1. Prepare ingredients and seasoning. Wash the baby potatoes. Chop the ginger, garlic and dried chili and set aside. Cut the onion into shreds and set aside.

2. Put the small potatoes into cold water and boil for more than ten minutes. The potatoes should be easy to insert with chopsticks.
