1. Add granulated sugar and beaten egg liquid to corn oil and stir well. The mixture will become a gelatinous viscous liquid. You can't see it from the picture, but it is actually very viscous.

2. Add baking soda (commonly known as alkaline flour) and baking powder to flour, mix well and sift. Add to the above egg, sugar and oil mixture in batches, stir evenly until it is completely blended, there is no dry powder and the surface of the basin is clean.

3. Add your favorite dried fruit pieces to the oil dough. I used black sesame seeds, but you can also use roasted walnut kernels.

4. Take a small piece of dough and knead it into a small ball with your hands. The size of the ball can be determined according to your preference.

5. Press the small balls into flat slices with your hands, with a thickness of about 7 or 8 mm and a diameter of about 4 cm, and place them on the baking tray one by one.

6. Bake on the middle layer of the oven at 170 degrees for 7 minutes. Then, when you see the bottom layer has color, turn it to 160 degrees and bake for a maximum of five minutes. This is the temper of my oven. Please refer to it before practicing if it applies to your own oven.

7. The last step, of course, is to enjoy the dish after it has cooled down from the oven! ?
