6. Take an appropriate amount of alkaline flour, dissolve it in warm water, knead it into the dough, and let it rest for a while.

7. Roll the dough into strips, cut into small pieces, and roll into skins.

8. Wrap the fillings one by one.

9. Steam for 12-15 minutes, then let it sit for 5 minutes before removing from heat.
