How to make minced meat and cabbage buns

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. On the surface it may seem like a hassle-free experience, but from a health perspective it is a very bad habit. Caring for your health starts with diet. When it comes to diet, it starts with yourself. So below I will first introduce the method of making minced meat and cabbage buns.

1. Take 250ml warm water, add 1 teaspoon of yeast, mix well and let it stand for a while.

2. Pour flour into a bowl, pour in yeast water, and then slowly add appropriate amount of water. I added about 50ML, about half a bowl, and stir while pouring until it becomes dough.

3. Knead into a smooth dough and cover with a wet cloth or plastic wrap to ferment.

4. Tear the cabbage into large pieces and clean them with salt water. Drain.

5. Chop the pork into small pieces, or grind it in a meat grinder when you buy it.

6. Chop ginger, onion and garlic.

7. Stir-fry ginger, onion and garlic until fragrant, then add minced meat and stir-fry.

8. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, add salt to taste, remove from the pan and let cool for later use.

9. Chop the drained cabbage into small pieces, add appropriate amount of rapeseed oil and mix well.

10. Add the cooled minced meat.

11. Let the dough ferment until it is twice as large and a small hole is made in the middle without shrinking.

12. Take out the dough and knead it into a smooth dough. Knead it once, and then knead it again after the sugar has fermented for a while. It saves time and effort.

13. Roll the dough into strips and cut into even-sized pieces.

14. Take a dough, roll it into a thinner edge and thicker middle, and put appropriate amount of filling on it.

15.Pinch a pleat first.

16. Then, push it back with your left index finger, and pinch it with your right hand, pinching along the edge to close the opening.

17. The wrapped buns.

18. Wrap them one by one and let them sit for about 15 minutes until the sugar rises.

19. Boil water in a pot and add some oil. Put the buns on.

20. Steam for about 10 to 15 minutes, then simmer for two to three minutes.
