2. Heat the chocolate and butter over water to melt (note that the dish must be dry)

5. Put four eggs and four yolks in the water. The eggs must be at room temperature.

6. Add salt and sugar and mix well

9. Stir it evenly and emulsify it. As shown in the picture, the butter is no longer visible.

10. Don’t let the chocolate sauce burn your hands

11. Pour all the egg liquid into the chocolate liquid and stir

12. Add low flour and use a spatula to stir until there are no particles. Try to stir as little as possible, otherwise it will become glutenous and will not taste good.

13. Mix well

14. Pour into the mold and tap it to remove the bubbles. About ten molds need to be cooled down before baking because there is still residual temperature (the oven can be preheated to 220 degrees for ten minutes at this time)

15.Put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees

16. Eat the food while it is hot.

17. Tear the paper cup open with your hands and turn the aluminum cup upside down

18. Decorate with fruit

19. Sprinkle with powdered sugar

20. Cut the lava flow
