4. Roll the dough into a ball and let it rest for 40 minutes

9. Ferment for 50 minutes at 28°C and 70% humidity

10. After fermentation, brush the surface with egg liquid

11. Put it in the oven, set the upper fire to 180℃ and the lower fire to 200℃, bake for about 30 minutes, and brush it with butter when it comes out of the oven

12. Sift powdered sugar on the surface
