How to make crispy chicken nuggets

Of course, you don’t have to worry, because today I will teach you all the techniques on how to make this dish of Crispy Rice Crackers Chicken.

1. Put the chicken, rice crust, ginger slices, scallion segments, dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, Sichuan pepper oil and vegetable oil together and set aside.

2.1 Put the chopped meat on a plate and add cooking wine, scallion segments, ginger slices and salt and marinate for 15 minutes. Tear the rice crust into 4cm small pieces by hand.

3.2 Clean the chicken and cut into 3cm pieces.

4.1 Take out the meat when it turns yellow.

5.2 Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it until it is 80% hot, then add the marinated chicken pieces.

6. Add a little oil in the pot, and when the oil is 50% hot, add onion, ginger, garlic slices, chili and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Then add the chicken pieces.

8. Add rice crust, salt, cooking wine, chicken essence, sesame oil and pepper oil and stir-fry until well-flavored.
