How to make milky braided buns

Life is stressful nowadays, and many of our friends suffer from various diseases. Some of these diseases are closely related to our daily diet! Therefore, the first step to staying healthy is to eat healthy and delicious food. So let’s learn how to make milk-flavored braided buns with me today!

1. Use the post-oil method to mix all the ingredients A, knead into a dough that can be pulled into a thin film, and place it in a warm place for basic fermentation.

2. Allow the dough to ferment until it is 2 to 2.5 times larger, about 90 minutes later.

3. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10-15 minutes.

4. Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a long strip as thick as a finger. Use three long strips to braid it and allow it to ferment for the final time.

5. While waiting for the final fermentation, make the crispy crumbs by mixing powdered sugar, low flour and milk powder.

6. Add unsoftened butter.

7. Rub it into small particles with your hands.

8. The bread will ferment for the second time for about 30 minutes. After the fermentation is over, brush it with egg liquid and sprinkle with crispy grains. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place it on the middle layer, and bake for about 20 minutes with upper and lower fire.
