American Roast Beef Recipe

1.Prepare beef, carrots and onions.

2. Line the baking tray with tin foil to prevent the bottom of the beef from getting blackened. Then spread the chopped carrots and onions on the bottom layer.

3. Place onion and carrot cubes on the bottom of the plate and prepare the beef.

4. Spread black pepper, chili powder, cumin and salt evenly on the beef. Then turn it fat side up. Spread the prepared beef out on a baking sheet.

5. Wrap the beef with tin foil, like setting up a tent, and build a small tent on top of the beef with tin foil. There should be a certain amount of space above the beef, and then seal it all around with tin foil. Just grasp these two points.

6. Preheat the oven to 320F, the domestic temperature seems to be 150C. Place the foil-wrapped beef in the oven. Set for 6 hours.

7. After taking it out, simmer it in the baking pan for about 10 minutes. This is the roasted beef after 6 hours. It’s pretty good, very tasty, especially because there are not too many seasonings, it’s basically the original flavor of the beef.

8. The roasted beef is very soft, tender and fragrant.

9. Serve with the prepared black pepper and onion sauce and set aside for later. You can add the onions roasted in the baking pan directly into the sauce.

10. Cut it into slices, alternating between fat and lean, and then you can put it on the plate.

11. Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy! ! !
