6. Continue to stir-fry until fragrant. Add water after it is fragrant. The amount of water added should be about one-third of the pot.

7. I didn’t add salt because the spicy bean paste has a lot of salt, and so does the kimchi.

8. After the water boils, add the fish. I love eating fish belly the most, so every time I buy fish, I try to ask the fish seller for more. (It means fish bubbles) After the water boils over high heat, turn to medium heat and cook for about 15 minutes.

9. When the soup becomes thick, add chicken essence, thicken it and serve. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

10. The taste is sour and spicy, the fish is tender and very good with rice.
