Lemon Paper Wrapped Chicken Wings

1. Use a toothpick to poke some small holes in the chicken wings (to facilitate better flavoring and keep the shape of the chicken wings intact), cut the ginger into shreds, mix with the chicken wings and set aside. Chop the basil, squeeze the lemon juice and set aside, slice the remaining empty lemon rind, mix the lemon juice, lemon slices and basil together with all the ingredients and seasonings with the chicken wings, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.

3. After the chicken wings are marinated, preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, prepare tin foil and cut it into 10 small pieces of appropriate size for later use. Take the chicken wings out of the refrigerator, wrap each one with a lemon slice in tin foil, place them on a rack and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

4. When you are done, take out the chicken wings and wait for the tin foil to cool down a little before eating.
