How to make vegetable stewed beef

1. List of materials. If you buy a whole piece of beef, it is recommended to freeze it so that it is easier to slice. Fresh chervil leaves in the front center.

2. Cut the beef into slices about 1 cm thick. Peel and chop celery bulb. Dice the carrots and potatoes (they were still in pieces in the picture, but I later thought about it and cut them into dices). Peel the onion and cut it in half.

3. Place the onion with the split side facing down in a non-stick pan without adding oil and fry over low heat until golden brown. Rinse the beef in water to remove the foam and remove from the water.

4. Bring the beef, cauliflower, scallion segments, bay leaves, pepper, juniper berries, cauliflower, celery root bulbs and beef to a boil in the beef bone broth, then cover and simmer for one and a half hours.

5. Then add potatoes and diced carrots, continue cooking for half an hour, and finally add salt.

6. Finally, take out the beef, pour in appropriate amount of soup and vegetables, sprinkle with mountain radish leaves and green onions, and serve.

7. If you don’t like eating large pieces of beef, you can dice the stewed beef and make beef risotto with the soup, the vegetables, the stewed rice, some vegetable leaves, saffron and pseudo saffron.
