How to make abalone stewed with vermicelli

1. Wash the abalone shells and pour them into boiling water with cooking wine to sterilize and remove the fishy smell.

6. Put the abalone in for 30 seconds on each side, then remove

7. Put the vermicelli soaked in water into the pot

8. After the sauce is completely absorbed, remove and place in the abalone shell

9. Place the cooked abalone on the vermicelli and drizzle with the remaining sauce in the pot.
