9. Cover the pot and cook for about 15 minutes (this way of cooking is to bring out the flavor of the fish head and ginger and garlic)

10. Open the lid after about 15 minutes. It will be very fragrant now. Add the tofu and cook for another 5 minutes. The soup will be cooked and the tofu will absorb the aroma of the fish immediately.

11. Finally, use a small pot to serve. In order to take pictures, I use a small rice cooker. You can eat it now or continue to heat it. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and eat while chatting. It's so delicious!
