How to make cumin beef jerky

1. Wash the beef and soak the blood in clean water

2.12 Cut into finger-sized strips against the grain, add soy sauce, red wine, salt, pepper, scallion, ginger and garlic slices and marinate for 30 minutes

6. Bring to a boil over high heat, add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cinnamon, and bay leaves, then simmer over low heat for about an hour.

7. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, add appropriate amount of cumin and cooked sesame seeds. I didn’t have any white sesame seeds at home, so I used black sesame seeds.

8.Put it in a baking tray and bake at 200° for 3-5 minutes

9. It can be eaten with wine or as a snack, whatever you like
