How to make fresh vegetable stir-fry

1. These are the ingredients, but since the carrot is big, only half of it is used.

2.1 Peel and wash the carrots and lettuce. Remove the skin of the lettuce cleanly and cut it into pieces like this.

9. Add the black fungus and stir-fry, then turn down the heat, cover the pot and simmer for a while. The black fungus will make a popping sound and hot oil will easily splash out. Covering the pot will speed up the maturation of the black fungus and will also be safer.

10. Add carrots and stir-fry until slightly softened, then add lettuce. Stir-fry for a few times, add a large spoonful of abalone juice, a little salt and sugar, stir-fry until the lettuce releases some water, then add the fried eggs, add a few drops of sesame oil and serve. (Abalone sauce itself is salty, so use less salt)

11. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with some sesame seeds for decoration.
