How to make barbecue sauce

Many people like to eat barbecue, especially in summer, when paired with beer and seafood, it is very delicious. Most people choose to eat out for barbecue, this is because many people find that the barbecue they cook at home is not as delicious as that cooked outside. In fact, the method to make good barbecue is very simple, and it mainly depends on the preparation of the barbecue sauce. So, how to make the barbecue dipping sauce more delicious?

Eating barbecue is actually quite simple. Just marinate the meat and grill it on the electric oven. The key is the dipping sauce for barbecue, which includes dry ingredients and seafood sauce. After searching for a long time on the Internet, I finally found the recipe for the seafood sauce. I found two recipes in total. One is to add appropriate amount of sugar, white vinegar, Korean chili sauce, salt and chives or coriander to kimchi soup. The other one is made by boiling fruit for two hours. I tried the latter and it tasted good. It also had a fresh fruit flavor and had a refreshing fragrance when paired with roasted meat.

Here is how to make the sauce. Ingredients: appropriate amount of water, one tablespoon of seafood soy sauce, two tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, one apple, one pear, half an onion, appropriate amount of scallion segments, 7-8 cloves of garlic, and appropriate amounts of salt and sugar. Ingredients : half an onion, appropriate amount of water, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 tablespoon of seafood soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of chicken essence, 1 tablespoon of sugar, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of garlic

Step 1. Put appropriate amount of water in the pot. 2. Add one spoonful of seafood soy sauce, two spoonfuls of light soy sauce, and half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, then bring the water to a boil. 3. After the water boils, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of chicken essence, 1 spoonful of sugar, then add ginger slices, an apple (sliced), a pear (sliced), onions, scallion segments, and garlic. 4. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 2 hours. 5. After 2 hours, turn off the heat, let the sauce cool, filter out all the ingredients and leave only the soup. 6. Then cut appropriate amount of green onions and coriander and add them to the sauce. 7. Buy a box of beef tenderloin slices in the supermarket, add half an onion shreds, appropriate amount of cooking wine, sugar, crushed black pepper, a small amount of tenderizer powder, and appropriate amount of olive oil, mix well and marinate. 8. Marinate two slightly thinner pieces of beef ribs with appropriate amount of black pepper juice. 9. Place the bacon slices directly on the plate. 10. Wash the prawns, remove the shrimp thread and trim the shrimp whiskers. 11. One pound of beef slices. 12. Wash the yellow throat and cut it into large pieces. 13. The chicken wings should be marinated with Orleans grilled wing paint overnight. 14. Eat fresh lettuce with meat and soybean paste. 15. It was just my husband and I, and we filled the table with food. We didn’t finish it in one meal, so we had another one the next day. 16. This electric oven is quite powerful, the fire is very strong, I can entertain friends at home in the future.
