How to cook fish

Our lives cannot be separated from friends, and gatherings among friends are inevitable. Having a meal together is a happy thing. We can sit together and talk about everything. When having a meal together, most people would choose to go to a famous restaurant. But if you can do it yourself, I believe your friends will be happier. So, here I will show you how to cook the dish of boiled fish.

1.12 Pixian Douban, scallions, shallots, ginger and garlic, chili pepper, cornstarch, pepper, salt, MSG, chicken stock

2.21 I asked the chef to help me prepare the fish as soon as I bought it in the supermarket. First of all, we only want to remove the internal organs and not slice or kill the fish! And we need to cut from the back to remove the internal organs, not from the belly as usual (if you don’t know how to do it yourself, ask the chef to help you cut from the back when you buy it, he should know how to do it)

3. The fish that has been broken out like this will look like this when it is spread out.

4. Cut the fish a few times

5.12 Sprinkle some salt and cooking wine and marinate!

6.21 When marinating the babai, boil a pot of water, add some scallions and ginger slices, and two spoons of salt (the soup with salt will make the babai less likely to fall apart when cooking the fish, as we all know that babai is very delicate)

7. After the water boils over high heat, put the marinated fish into the pot and cook. After the water boils again for two or three minutes, you can pick up the fish and place it on a plate for later use.

8. Now, start frying the ingredients. Pour oil into the pot (if you have pork in the house, cut some fat and lean pork into the pot and fry until the oil comes out. I think this is a must.)

9. After the meat is fried and fragrant, add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

10. Then add the fermented soybeans and stir-fry together, then add water. One and a half bowls of rice are almost done.

11. Seasoning: Add pepper, half a spoonful of sugar, salt, MSG and chicken stock into the soup and bring to a boil.

12. When the soup boils, add the chili pepper and green onion.

13. Then add water starch (it's tender meat powder plus some water) and wait until the soup is slightly thick.

14. Turn off the heat, pour the soup on the fish and sprinkle with chopped green onions. The boiled fish is ready!

15. The fish is very tender and delicious, with a real home-cooked taste.

It may seem complicated to feed fish, but if you actually try it, you will find that it is not difficult at all. The key is that you must master the specific steps and methods before you do it.
