7. Place it in the lower middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees with upper and lower fire for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and demould immediately, then place it on the rack to cool.

If you are making a large cake, you can put the cake on the grill and pour the chocolate on it.

Cooking Tips: To make this cake, you need to beat whole eggs. It is water-free and oil-free and very healthy, but it is not as delicate as chiffon cake. They each have their own characteristics and are a little dry, but very delicious. Set the temperature and time according to your own oven.
