8. Set the pressure cooker timer to 5 minutes

9.5 minutes have passed, let the pressure cooker "deflate" (electric pressure cookers all have a safety deflation valve, be careful when operating, don't let the hot steam burn you). After opening the lid, the chicken wings are not colored at all, and there is still a small amount of soup in the pot. We don't cover the lid, and then press the heating button for 2 minutes to absorb the juice and let it taste good.
