1.1 Put the ingredients into a large pot and add water to cover the ingredients. Add ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon and stew meat seasoning packet. Then add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar and salt, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a while. The longer you simmer, the more flavorful it will be.

2.2 Wash all the ingredients and set aside. It is best to blanch the meat and clean it.

3.1 Put a little more oil in the pot than for cooking, fry the peppercorns until fragrant, then remove the peppercorns.

4.2 It’s actually delicious at this point.

5. Add 2 star anises and 1 piece of cinnamon and fry until fragrant. Add minced ginger and some minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the braised ingredients. It’s best to cut them into small pieces, but I’m lazy. Stir fry for a while.

7. Add some dark soy sauce and stir-fry to color, then add water and soy sauce and simmer.

8. After the water is dried up, add chili powder and stir evenly. If it is not salty enough, you can add salt.

9. Finally, add chopped green onion and garlic, drizzle a few drops of sesame oil, and mix well.
