How to make braised pork with papaya

The deterioration of living environment and the increase of study and work pressure are slowly eroding our health, so health preservation actions are urgent. There are many ways to maintain health, and the simplest one is diet. Next, I will introduce to you the method of cooking papaya braised pork.

1. I bought some good pork belly from the supermarket. Count it and you will see that it really has five layers.

3.21 After the water in the pot boils, pour in the pork belly, cooking wine, and ginger slices, and blanch for 5 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

4. Put a proper amount of peanut oil in the wok, add rock sugar and stir-fry the sugar color over low heat.

5. Keep stirring the sugar granules, watching the sugar gradually melt and bubbles appear in the oil, then pour the meat into the pot.

6.12 Pour the meat into the pot and immediately turn on high heat, stir-fry to make the pork belly evenly colored.

7.21 After stir-frying in the wok for a while, transfer to a casserole, add 100 grams of rice wine, a star anise, a slice of cinnamon, salt, soy sauce, and a little dark soy sauce into the casserole, and bring to a boil over high heat.

8. Cover the pot, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour.

9. Wash the ripe papaya and set aside.

10. Cut the papaya flesh into small pieces and keep the papaya peel to make a boat shape for serving.

11. After about an hour, simmer the pork until it becomes braised pork.

12. Pour the braised pork back into the wok and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

13. Finally, add the chopped papaya flesh, add MSG, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

14. Serve on a plate and done.

Papaya braised pork is not complicated to make, and I believe you will think so after reading the above carefully. Of course, if you want to taste your own craftsmanship, then please give it a try. Maybe you will feel a little "sour" the first time, but you will still taste a different kind of "sweetness".
