1. Dissolve the yeast powder in warm water, add flour, and knead into a smooth dough. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. (The ratio of water to flour is 1:2. In winter, warm water can be used instead, and milk or an equal amount of liquid can be used)

2. Take out the fermented dough and knead it into a smooth dough

3. Pinch the dough into dumpling-sized pieces

4. Roll into round cakes the size of ham slices

5. Cut the ham into thin slices

6. Take a dough, put a slice of ham, and stack them up as shown in the picture.

7. Take a small dough, roll it into a long strip, and place it on top of the last ham slice.

8. Start rolling up from the top piece, and wipe the edge of the last piece with a little water to make it stick tightly.

9. Roll it a little longer and cut it in the middle with a knife.

11. Let the ham and rose buns rise for half an hour

12. Put it into the steamer preheated to 100 degrees and steam for 15 minutes.
