1.1 Add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1.5 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt (because my rice noodles are salty, so I added less salt, if you stir-fry your own rice noodles, you need to add more salt), some green onions and ginger, marinate for 2 hours

2.2 About 1 pound of spareribs, clean and cut into small pieces

3. Add rice noodles and cover each piece of ribs (if it doesn’t stick, add a little water to soak the rice noodles), and marinate for another half an hour.

4. Put 2 layers of baking paper in a small steamer (it is OK to add only one layer, but it will seep a little); if you don’t have a steamer, it should be the same if you put it in a large bowl

5. Place the marinated ribs in a steamer and steam for 1-2 hours (they are ready to eat after 1 hour, but if conditions permit, it is recommended to steam them for 2 hours so that they are very soft and mushy. But remember to add enough water in the steamer!)
