How to make Zongxiang rice noodle meat

3.2 Fry until the rice turns yellow, turn off the heat and let it cool

4.1 Mix the marinated meat with the rice flour and mix well. If it feels a little dry, add some water.

5.2 Cut the meat into pieces, add dark soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, wine, onion and ginger, and marinate for 20 minutes

6. Lay out the rice dumplings leaves

8. Wrapping is very important because it cannot be given away and must be tightly wrapped, otherwise water will get in and it will not taste good.

9. After wrapping, steam in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes
