1. Materials. I prepared yellowfin bream (hehe.. I hope I didn't call the fish the wrong name).

2. After cleaning the fish, make a few cuts on the back of the fish.

3. Cut ginger, green and red peppers into strips. Chop shallots. Separate the green onions from the white part. Cut the white part into thin strips. Cut the green onions into short strips with a slanting knife.

4. Spread a little salt on both sides of the fish. Place it on a plate. Put the chopped ginger and a little green and red pepper on the fish and the plate. Add a little water and soy sauce. Cover.

5. Put water and steaming plate in the pot. Put the steamed fish plate in. Cover it. Wait for the water to boil and steam for about 8 minutes.

6. Take out the steamed fish and remove the ginger, green and red peppers from the fish and the plate.

7. Add oil to the wok. When it is half hot, add the chopped shallots. Stir-fry gently to make sure they are evenly heated. When the shallots change color and emit fragrance, it is done.

8. Place the remaining green and red peppers and green onions on the fish and on the plate.

9. Pour the heated onion oil evenly over the fish.

10. Steamed fish.
